Welcome to the website of the Hetairoi. We are a group of people working to recreate various aspects of the historical life of people in Classical and Hellenistic Greece, as well as its neighbouring cultures.
We focus on the cooperation with museums and educational institutions, but we are willing to attend events with a different focus, as long as the transfer of knowledge can be our priority. The method we use for our recreation is called Living History.
We try to stay as close to the historical original as possible for our reconstructions, and strive to always work based on the current state of scientific research.
